摘要

在临床研究中引进科学对照的方法是针灸医学研究在方法学上的进步

但目前我国针灸临床研究论文中对照组的设置比较混乱

不能很好地反映研究者的意图

影响了论文的水平。根据当前我国针灸临床研究现状

《中国针灸》杂志对投寄本刊的研究性论文提出对照组设置的基本要求。对照组的设置一定要从研究目的出发

根据不同的目的

选择不同的被对照主体。(1)如果是要证明针灸疗效的优势

需选择与现行公认有效的疗法对照;(2)如果是要证明针灸有疗效

需设立空白对照或安慰针灸对照

空白对照必须注意伦理原则

而安慰针灸对照一定要符合针灸理论特点;(3)如果是一些不便单独设立对照的病症

则采取辅助对照的方法

即两组均采用现行疗法

而另一组在此基础上采用针灸;(4)如
