近些年来

在国内随着医改的深入开展

针灸服务模式的变革在许多医院都有了新的尝试

"走出针灸科"

扩大服务范围、增多服务病种

带动了门诊与病房针灸服务量有了近一倍的增长

在健康服务中针灸已经被广泛使用。科研方面在国家973计划、科技支撑计划等支持下

在经穴特异性、穴位敏化、穴位配伍、灸法、针药复合麻醉、针刺双向调节机制以及经络的生物学基础等研究中

都有了新的进展。针灸治疗便秘、压力性尿失禁、更年期
