摘要

通过对《内经》经旨和易理的研习结合临床实际经验

对《金针赋》治病八法之主治病症特征及进气法、留气法的操作方法和临床应用进行探析

认为《金针赋》治病八法的主治病症涵盖了寒热虚实、气血津液(脏腑)、经络血脉之病症

八种针刺补泻方法各有其针对的主治病症特征;并且其治病八法的操作特别是进气法、留气法是很完善的

在对其操作方法的理解和认识上应该溯源穷流、紧扣其主治病症并与之相符

才能体现《金针赋》之本意

进而在临床应用中达到"针到病除

随手而愈"的治病效果。
