摘要

"脉满则痛"是《素问.举痛论》中提出的疼痛病机之一

但没有被后世所重视。笔者把"脉满则痛"的发病机制归纳为阳热亢盛、血瘀气壅和气机逆乱

对其辨证施治规律进行了探讨。提出本病机可见于急性软组织损伤、热痹、头痛、气功偏差等多种疾患

与神经系统对痛觉易化的状态有着密切的关系。同时

提出以"釜底抽薪"作为治疗"脉满则痛"的原则

并以临床案例加以说明

旨在丰富指导针灸治疗痛证的理论。
