摘要

目的:探讨项针加腹针治疗对中风痉挛性偏瘫的影响及作用机制。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组30例。观察组采用项针、腹针

穴取风府、风池、天柱、中脘、关元等;对照组穴取臂臑、曲池、环跳、伏兔等

均予针刺治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后痉挛侧上下肢Ash-worth分级、Fugel-Meyer评分和痉挛侧上肢肌电F波的变化。结果:观察组患者上下肢Ashworth分级和Fugel-Meyer评分明显改善

痉挛侧上肢肌电F波波幅下降、时限缩短、阈值增高(均P<0.01)。在改善患者上下肢Fugel-Meyer评分、下肢Ashworth分级、痉挛侧上肢肌电F波波幅、时限及阈值方面

观察组优于对照组(均P<0.01)。观察组总有效率为90.0%

优于对照组的50.0%(P<0.01)。结论:项针加腹针能降低中风痉挛性偏瘫患者的肌张力

缓解肌肉痉挛。
