摘要

通过问卷调查202例急性脑卒中患者

探讨影响患者选择针灸医疗的可能因素。被访者平均年龄63.14岁

被访前仅有66例曾体验过针灸医疗

136例表示生病时不考虑选择针灸医疗。被访后选择针灸医疗的意愿较被访前上升(P<0.05)。患者对针灸医疗的认识主要有3种:不了解针灸医疗;针灸就是扎银针

能止痛;针灸是传统医学

疗效慢。患者对针灸医疗认识模糊

对针灸文化缺乏认同感。因此

尽快建立发展针灸品牌文化

通过对针灸文化的认同发展针灸医学是十分重要的。
