摘要

针刺治病的过程就是医生用针体在经穴内调气的过程

调气必须在明辨经络和经穴状态的前提下实施

而只有通过针下气的细微变化方能感知经络经穴的虚实寒热等机能状态。这一系列操作的核心体现在催气、得气、守气、辨气和调气几方面。本文将这一核心操作过程系统化

并根据临床实际重新阐明了得气的意义和辨气的方法

为正确理解针刺操作的真正含义和切实掌握针刺操作的核心内容提供了思路。
