摘要

目的:评价电针治疗紧张型精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组40例。观察组采用电针刺激百会、太阳

每天治疗1次;对照组采用无抽搐电休克疗法(MECT)

隔1～2d治疗1次。疗程均为14～21d。结果:观察组显效率为72.5%

总有效率为92.5%

对照组分别为77.5%、97.5%

组间差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:电针治疗紧张型精神分裂症与无抽搐电休克疗法疗效相当。
