通过对近10年来针灸学术发展的梳理

实事求是地、客观地反映针灸学科在针灸基础、临床、器材、教学和标准化等方面的发展状况

展示针灸学术发展的科技进步成果和亮点

分析针灸学术发展进程中的瓶颈与困难。结果表明

目前针灸研究主要存在针灸理论研究规模小、投入少

基础研究与临床应用脱节

经穴-脏腑相关性有待系统深入研究

穴位主治作用的临床研究设计水平有待提高等问题。今后应遵循中医药传统理论和整体思维方法等固有规律

探索和发现针灸学术发展的新规律

以适应新的历史时期的需要

全面推进针灸学术事业可持续协调发展。
