摘要

目的:观察针刺对慢性疲劳综合征(chronic fatigue syndrome

CFS)患者生存质量的影响。方法:采用随机、对照、单盲研究方法

将70例患者分成观察组和对照组

每组35例。观察组针刺百会、膻中、中脘、气海、关元、合谷、足三里等;对照组选择非经穴点(穴点旁开2cm)进行针刺。每周治疗3次

共治疗14次。采用世界卫生组织生存质量测量简表(WHOQOL-BREF)对治疗前后的生存质量进行评价。结果:观察组治疗后生理领域、个体对健康情况总的主观感受及总积分与治疗前比较均有显著提高(均P<0.05)

心理、社会关系、环境三领域及个体对生存质量总的主观感受四方面积分均无显著变化(均P>0.05);对照组环境领域积分与治疗前比较有显著降低(P<0.05)

其他积分均无显著变化。受试者未发现不良反应。结论:针刺能够改善CFS患者的生存质量

尤其在生理领域以及与健康相关的主观感受方面表现更为突出

且针刺治疗安全性高;经穴点的特异程度高于非经穴点。
