摘要

目的:评价聪脑通络法针刺治疗小儿脑性瘫痪(CP)的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为聪脑通络组、靳三针组、常规针刺组

每组20例。聪脑通络组取头穴线为主

配合大椎、筋缩、命门、腰阳关、合谷、内关、三阴交等穴

头针行快速捻转手法

留针30 min

腰背及四肢部腧穴行小角度捻转平补平泻手法

不留针;靳三针组主穴选取"靳三针"组穴中的四神针;常规针刺组腧穴配伍按照《针灸治疗学》(王启才)

穴取大椎、身柱、风府等为主。治疗2个疗程后

采用残疾儿童综合功能评定法对患儿综合功能进行评定。结果:聪脑通络组、靳三针组的总有效率均为90.0%

常规针刺组的总有效率为60.0%

聪脑通络组和靳三针组的治疗效果明显优于常规针刺组(P<0.05)

聪脑通络组和靳三针组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:聪脑通络法针刺治疗CP可明显改善患儿综合功能

疗效显著。
