摘要

目的:观察点穴治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将400例患者随机分为点穴组和药物组

各200例。点穴组以手法点按缺盆、肩井、天宗等穴位

每日1次;药物组常规口服根痛平药物

每日2次。治疗3个疗程后

比较疼痛、麻木症状及压顶试验、臂丛牵拉试验、上肢肌力体征和日常生活能力积分的改善情况。结果:两组治疗后麻木积分、压顶试验积分、臂丛牵拉试验积分、上肢肌力试验、日常生活能力积分比较均明显高于治疗前(均P<0.01);治疗后两组间各症状、体征积分比较

差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)

点穴组优于药物组。点穴组治愈率、总有效率分别为78.0%、99.0%

均优于药物组的61.0%、87.0%(均P<0.01)。结论:点穴疗法能较好地改善神经根型颈椎病的症状体征

疗效优于根痛平药物治疗。
