摘要

目的:观察艾灸和运动综合方案对肾精亏虚矮小症的疗效。方法:选择年龄12～14岁患儿24例

男、女各12例

予运动疗法和艾灸综合治疗。运动疗法以跑跳为主

运动量以心率达到150～170次/min为宜

每周进行3次

每次35～45min。每次运动完毕予艾灸治疗

穴取气海、关元、足三里、大杼、悬钟、膈俞等。持续治疗半年后

比较患儿身高、体质量、骨龄(BA)、生长激素(GH)、睾丸酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)治疗前后的变化。结果:治疗后男孩、女孩身高和骨龄均显著高于治疗前(均P<0.05)

身高增长均>4cm

骨龄增长均>0.5岁;睾丸酮亦均显著提高(P<0.05)

但体质量、GH、E2较治疗前差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:艾灸和运动综合方案能有效改善肾精亏虚矮小症

其机制与提高睾丸酮水平有关。
