摘要

本文从临床角度对针灸治疗理论及实践进行了探讨、总结

提出并论述了针灸治疗量诸概念:治疗总量、单位治疗量、即刻治疗量、治疗超量、治疗量不及、治疗量测试

简述了针灸治疗量的基本构成元素

即针刺、艾灸、拔罐、穴位注射、电针等。认为针灸治疗量控制得当是临床获得最佳疗效的根本保证

临床取效的关键在于针刺手法正确、处方配穴合理、针灸诸疗法组合适宜、治疗量分配变化与病情变化保持同步等

并应避免治疗超量或不及。
