摘要

目的:比较项五针和常规针刺治疗中风后假性球麻痹吞咽困难的疗效差异。方法:将60例患者随机分为项五针组和常规针刺组

每组30例。项五针组穴取哑门、天柱、治呛穴

行针刺治疗

行针时配合吞咽训练。常规针刺组穴取廉泉、通里、照海

行针刺治疗。两组均每日针刺1次

每周6次

2周为一疗程

治疗2个疗程后评价疗效。结果:项五针组总有效率达93.3%

常规针刺组总有效率达80.0%

项五针组优于常规针刺组(P<0.05)。结论:项五针比常规针刺治疗中风后假性球麻痹吞咽困难有更好的临床疗效。
