摘要

目的:观察眼针疗法对慢性脑供血不足(CCCI)患者认知功能障碍的治疗作用。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组30例。两组患者均给予口服复方丹参片

观察组在药物治疗的基础上给予眼针治疗

取上焦区、肾区、脾区

8周后观察两组患者认知功能的改善情况。结果:观察组总有效率为80.0%

优于对照组的53.3%(P<0.05)。观察组简明精神状态量表(MMSE)评分的改善亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:眼针疗法对CCCI患者认知功能障碍有良好效果

可提高患者的生活质量。
