摘要

目的:探寻治疗急性痛风性关节炎的较佳疗法。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组30例。在饮食干预的基础上

观察组采用电针局部穴并刺络放血拔罐;对照组采用口服丙磺舒片

观察两组疗效。结果:观察组有效率为96.7%

优于对照组的86.7%(P<0.01)。两组治疗后血尿酸均显著降低(均P<0.01)

且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在饮食干预的基础上

电针并刺络放血拔罐是治疗急性痛风性关节炎的较佳疗法。
