摘要

目的:观察针药结合治疗英国老年女性常见多发的"象皮腿综合征"的临床疗效。方法:27例患者辨证分为寒湿凝滞型(11例)、气血瘀滞型(12例)、湿热下注型(4例)

针刺取足三里、阳陵泉、阴陵泉、三阴交、太冲、丰隆、血海、风市、伏兔、梁丘、委中等穴位为主治疗;中药分别用独活寄生汤、黄芪五物汤、四妙散化裁

内服药剩下的药渣再煎水外洗患肢。针灸每周2次

中药每日1剂

6周为一疗程

连续治疗2个疗程。结果:27例中临床治愈12例

占44.4%;有效14例

占51.9%;无效1例

占3.7%。结论:针药合用治疗"象皮腿"有较好疗效。
