摘要

目的:探寻提高视神经萎缩患者视功能的有效疗法。方法:针刺治疗38例(54只患眼)视神经萎缩患者

采用眼局部取穴及全身辨证取穴相结合的方法

穴取睛明、攒竹、风池为主

2个疗程后评价疗效

并观察治疗前后患者视力、视野、视觉诱发电位等指标的变化。结果:治疗后总有效率为83.3%

视力、视敏度及P100波的振幅较治疗前均明显提高(均P<0.05)。结论:针刺可提高视神经萎缩患者的视功能。
