摘要

目的:比较电针足三里穴联合静脉滴注格拉司琼与单纯静脉滴注格拉司琼治疗恶性肿瘤化疗致恶心呕吐的临床疗效差异。方法:采用多中心随机对照试验的方法

观察组(127例)采用电针足三里穴加静脉滴注格拉司琼

对照组(119例)单纯采用静脉滴注格拉司琼

观察两组患者恶心呕吐症状改善情况。结果:观察组总有效率90.5%

优于对照组的84.0%(P<0.01);治疗后两组恶心呕吐积分均明显降低(均P<0.001)

且观察组降低的程度优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:电针足三里穴后

可明显减轻患者化疗后出现的恶心呕吐症状。
