摘要

目的:推广毫火针这种新的火针代替针具。方法:选取常规三头火针、粗火针、中粗火针、细火针

单支毫针及3支毫针

记录20名医务人员临床烧针的时间

并归纳毫火针和常规火针的优势特点。结果:单支和3支毫针的烧针时间明显快于4种常规火针(均P<0.01)。结论:毫火针在制作工艺、材料、烧针时间等方面优于常规火针

可替代常规火针作为火针点刺针具。
