飞蚊症通常分为生理性和病理性两种

生理性飞蚊症一般指患者感受到眼前黑影飘动

但医生在常规检查时不能查及玻璃体混浊的存在

且视力一般不受明显影响;病理性飞蚊症则指患者感受到眼前黑影飘动

医生在检查时也能看到玻璃体混浊的
