摘要

目的:比较针刺配合中西药与单纯西药治疗代偿期肝硬化的疗效差异。方法:将肝硬化患者随机分为中西医高病毒载量组(A组)、西药高病毒载量组(B组)、中西医低病毒载量组(C组)及西药低病毒载量组(D组)。A组采用针刺、中药汤剂联合贺普丁片口服治疗

穴取肝俞、期门、三阴交等;B组采用口服肝泰乐片联合贺普丁片治疗;C组采用针刺、中药汤剂治疗

穴取肝俞、期门、太溪等;D组采用肝泰乐片口服治疗。各组均治疗30天后

观察疗效和乙肝病毒脱氧核糖核酸(HBV-DNA)转阴率。结果:A组总有效率为95.0%

优于B组(70.0%);C组(95.0%)优于D组(65.0%)。A、B两组高病毒载量患者治疗后的HBV-DNA转阴例数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)

C、D两组低病毒载量患者治疗后的HBV-DNA转阴例数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺联合中西药治疗较单纯西药治疗能更好地改善代偿期肝硬化患者临床症状。
