摘要

目的:探寻治疗早期腕管综合征的有效疗法。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察1组(21例)、观察2组(22例)和基础治疗组(17例)。3组患者均予口服维生素B_1、维生素B_(12)和复合维生素B及小夹板腕部保护作为基础治疗

观察1组再予针刺局部穴(劳宫、鱼际、合谷、外关等)配合局部TDP照射

观察2组再予红花、透骨草等中药熏洗患部。观察3组患者治疗前后肌电图、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及临床疗效。结果:3组治疗前后肌电图改变差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)

VAS评分两个观察组优于基础治疗组(均P<0.05)。观察1组、观察2组的优良率分别为90.5%、86.4%

均高于基础治疗组的64.7%。结论:针刺加TDP照射和中药熏洗法治疗早期腕管综合征均疗效显著。
