摘要

一般认为面瘫多由络脉空虚

风寒风热之邪乘虚侵袭面部筋脉

以致气血阻滞

经筋失养

肌肉纵缓而发病。笔者认为面瘫的主要病因病机应当是阴血亏虚

阳明、少阳络脉空虚

肝血不足

失于荣养

而又复感风寒之邪

致经气阻滞

经筋失于濡养

肌肉纵缓不收而发病。在治疗上要调节任督阴阳

取穴上要始终针四关

并注意慎用灸法。
