摘要

目的:观察"以痛为腧"治疗与药物按摩治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征(MPS)的临床疗效差异。方法:将150例MPS患者随机分为观察组(90例)和对照组(60例)。观察组"以痛为腧"

用"滞针法"针刺后配合"一指禅"手法治疗;对照组予以扶他林乳剂局部涂抹按摩治疗。两组均治疗1个疗程

3个月后随访

进行疗效比较。结果:两组治疗前后症状积分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)

疼痛和压痛评分的组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)

肌肉痉挛和关节活动受限程度评分的组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后愈显率、总有效率分别为57.8%、94.4%

对照组分别为31.7%、73.3%

组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:"以痛为腧"

应用"滞针法"针刺后配合"一指禅"手法治疗MPS可有效缓解疼痛和压痛等临床症状

在愈显率、总有效率以及对肌肉痉挛、关节活动的改善方面优于扶他林乳剂局部涂抹按摩治疗。
