摘要

目的:探寻治疗顽固性慢性腓肠肌痉挛的较佳方法。方法:将150例患者随机分为观察组(100例)和对照组(50例)。两组均采用温针环跳穴加拔罐的综合治疗方法

观察组要求一定要从环跳穴刺中坐骨神经;对照组则浅刺环跳并刻意不刺中坐骨神经。观察两组治疗结束后6个月的疗效。结果:观察组有效率为98.0%

优于对照组的86.0%

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针环跳刺中坐骨神经加拔罐是治疗顽固性腓肠肌痉挛的有效方法

其疗效优于针刺环跳穴但不刺中坐骨神经。
