探讨队列研究方法在中医药

特别是针灸研究领域的应用价值。从队列研究的概念出发

论述队列研究的设计方法及应用范围

介绍其目前在中医临床研究的应用及进展。结果表明目前国内队列研究在中医药领域的应用主要集中在肿瘤研究方面

未检索到针灸领域应用队列研究的相关研究报告

但国外在针灸领域应用队列研究开展的比较早并倡导使用。队列研究作为经典流行病学观察性研究方法之一

适合中医药包括针灸临床研究的评价

并值得推广应用。
