摘要

目的:考察拔罐时压力因素、时间因素及双因素的交互作用对罐斑颜色变化的影响

为拔罐参数及效应研究提供依据。方法:采用正交试验设计

时间3水平

压力4水平

共12个刺激参数

在同一健康受试者背部12个部位进行拔罐

一共完成34人次的试验。应用制作的罐斑颜色图谱

对拔罐24h后的罐斑颜色进行评分

分析罐斑的变化规律。结果:用正交试验设计的方差分析

不同参数的整体差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。时间因素对罐斑颜色的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05)

呈现10min>30min>20min。压力因素对罐斑颜色的影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)

呈现-0.07MPa>-0.06MPa>-0.05MPa>-0.04MPa。结论:10min×-0.04MPa即能使拔罐部位产生明显瘀斑

随着刺激量增强罐斑越来越重;压力因素对罐斑的影响最大

呈线性关系

可表达为:Y(罐斑颜色)=2.025+0.902×100×负压绝对值(-MPa);时间因素对罐斑的影响较为复杂

可能与拔罐部位有关。
