摘要

目的:探讨治疗膝关节骨性关节炎安全、有效的治疗方案。方法:将90例患者随机分为温针灸组、西药组、等待组

每组30例。温针灸组采用温针疗法

穴取血海、内膝眼、犊鼻、足三里等;西药组口服布洛芬缓释胶囊;等待组不采取任何治疗。运用患者"膝关节骨性关节炎自评量表"(WOMAC)及中文版"简明健康状况调查表"(SF-36)在治疗前、治疗2周后、治疗后10周随访时进行疗效评估。结果:治疗2周后温针灸组总有效率为86.7%、西药组90.0%优于等待组的60.0%(P<0.05)

温针灸组与西药组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访时温针灸组总有效率为83.3%优于西药组的60.0%(P<0.05)。温针灸组与西药组治疗后WOMAC和SF-36评分比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)

随访时温针灸组WOMAC和SF-36评分改善优于西药组(P<0.01

P<0.05)。结论:温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎近期疗效与口服西药布洛芬相当

远期疗效优于布洛芬。
