摘要

目的:探寻治疗失眠症的较佳疗法。方法:将120例失眠患者随机分为木针组和药物组

每组60例。木针组采用木针点按足底反射区治疗

取小脑反射区、甲状腺下叶反射区、大脑反射区等;药物组口服阿普唑仑。以匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分进行疗效评估

观察两组疗效及治疗前后PSQI评分变化。结果:木针组总有效率为100.0%

药物组总有效率为90.7%

两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗前后PSQI评分比较

差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)

但两组间治疗后比较

差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:木针治疗失眠与药物治疗效果相近

是治疗失眠症的一项较好的疗法。
