摘要

本文着重对国家标准《针灸技术操作规范第2部分:头针》(《头针技术操作规范》)编制中的主要难点与问题进行了探讨。从标准编制的意义、术语的选择、规范性与中医特色、进针与行针的操作、标准制定的依据与科学性等问题进行详尽的阐述

同时还提出了《头针技术操作规范》需要进一步研究和完善的问题。
