摘要

为了提高防范现代针灸临床中不良反应的意识

对近几年我科遇到的针灸临床中所致的不良反应事件的个案

从治疗方法、体质因素和术者因素等方面进行分析、总结

发现随着现代医学不断被引入到针灸临床中

以及患者的个体差异和术者的原因

非针刺因素所导致的物理、化学及生物性损伤不断增多。提示随着针灸疗法的不断扩大

其引发不良反应的风险亦不断增大。因此

在现代临床中

针灸师除了精通中医知识外

还应掌握现代医学的解剖、药理等基础知识

以降低针刺不良反应的发生率。
