摘要

目的:探寻治疗慢性颈椎间盘源性疼痛的有效疗法。方法:应用穴位贴敷方法对患有慢性颈椎间盘源性疼痛患者进行治疗

并与穴位针刺进行对照。将66例患者随机分为穴贴组和针刺组

每组各33例。两组均取天鼎、扶突、大椎、天宗等穴。治疗3个疗程后

观察两组疗效。结果:穴贴组有效率为93.5%

针刺组有效率为72.4%

穴贴组疗效优于针刺组(P<0.05);停止治疗后随访3个月

穴贴组有效率为90.3%

针刺组有效率为65.5%

穴贴组治疗效果持久

优于针刺组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷治疗慢性颈椎间盘源性疼痛简单方便

疗效满意。
