摘要

目的:观察按照"子午流注纳甲法"取穴针刺治疗脑卒中的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法:将190例患者随机分为子午流注组和常规针刺组

每组95例。子午流注组按照"子午流注纳甲法"择时选经取穴表取穴

根据日、时的天干选择不同经脉的五输穴

于辰巳时针刺治疗;常规针刺组穴取风池、水沟、外关等

随到随时针刺治疗。比较两组治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分、总生活能力状态评分、血液流变学指标及临床综合疗效。结果:子午流注组总有效率为95.8%

明显优于常规针刺组的80.0%;子午流注组患者治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分、血液流变学主要指标和总生活能力状态评分均明显低于常规针刺组(均P<0.05)。结论:按照"子午流注纳甲法"取穴

选辰巳时针刺治疗脑卒中患者有显著临床疗效

其作用机制与血液流变学指标改善有关。
