摘要

目的:探寻一种疗效确切的小儿早期脑瘫的治疗方法。方法:将120例患儿随机分为穴注组、西药组

每组60例。穴注组给予头穴穴位注射脑蛋白水解物

穴取百会、风池、运动区等

每穴注入0.5～1mL;西药组采用脑蛋白水解物10mL静脉点注。观察两组疗效

并比较治疗前后脑血流变化。结果:穴注组总有效率为91.4%

优于西药组的73.7%(P<0.05);穴注组能显著改善患者大脑中动脉(MCA)、前动脉(ACA)的收缩期峰值流速(Vs)、舒张末期血流速度(Ved)、平均血流速度(Vm)

降低血管阻力指数(RI)(均P<0.05)

且改善程度优于西药组(均P<0.05)。结论:头穴穴位注射法能显著改善患者脑部微循环

对小儿早期脑瘫具有较好疗效。
