摘要

目的:探讨"化瘀贴"穴位贴敷对缺血性脑卒中的作用机制。方法:将80只Wistar大鼠随机分为模型组、穴位贴敷组、针刺组、尼莫地平组、正常组5组。采用电凝阻断大脑中动脉法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型。模型组:造模后不做任何处理;穴位贴敷组:造模后采用"化瘀贴"贴敷"大椎""气海""命门"穴;针刺组:造模后针刺与穴位贴敷组相同穴位;尼莫地平组:造模后采用尼莫地平混悬液灌胃给药;正常组:不做任何处理。观察各组大鼠梗死灶体积、脑组织含水量、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor

VEGF)表达和蛋白水平的变化。结果:梗死灶体积与电凝的大脑中动脉分支支配的区域吻合。各治疗组脑含水量与模型组比较

差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。穴位贴敷组梗死灶周围VEGF阳性细胞数量及蛋白水平均较模型组增强(P<0.01)

与尼莫地平组、针刺组比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:"化瘀贴"穴位贴敷可能通过增加VEGF表达和蛋白水平减轻缺血后脑损伤。
