摘要

目的:观察热敏化穴悬灸治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效

以探索一种新的疗法。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。观察组采用热敏化穴悬灸配合中药灌肠;对照组采用常规穴位(关元、中极、肾俞等)艾灸配合中药灌肠。采用慢性前列腺炎症状分级量化积分、症状积分指数(NIH-CPSI)及前列腺液白细胞计数(EPS-WBC)积分为观察指标

比较两组疗效。结果:观察组愈显率为50.0%

优于对照组的26.7%(P<0.05)

观察组症状分级量化积分、NIH-CPSI及EPS-WBC积分均低于对照组(P<0.05

P<0.01)。结论:热敏化穴灸配合药物治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效明显优于穴位艾灸配合药物疗法

可显著改善症状

降低前列腺液白细胞计数。
