摘要

目的:研究艾叶燃烧物的药性作用。方法:以分光光度法测定艾叶燃烧物几种提取分离产物以及艾油清除1

1-二苯基-2-苦基肼(DPPH)自由基的能力

利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析艾烟重组分化学成分与结构。结果:几种提取分离产物中艾烟重组分清除自由基能力最强;从中得到了36个可鉴定结构的化学成分

找出了一种抗氧化能力较强的物质5-叔丁基连苯三酚

其自由基清除率分别为维生素C和2

6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)的1.55倍与1.21倍。结论:艾叶燃烧产物中的5-叔丁基连苯三酚清除自由基能力较天然抗氧化剂维生素C和人工合成抗氧化剂BHT均强。
