摘要

目的:比较针刺配合磁疗与单纯磁疗治疗颞颌关节功能紊乱症的临床疗效差异。方法:将82例颞颌关节紊乱症患者随机分为观察组(52例)及对照组(30例)。观察组采取针刺下关、颊车、合谷等穴

配合AL-2型低频电磁综合治疗仪治疗;对照组采取单纯AL-2型低频电磁综合治疗仪治疗。结果:观察组愈显率为90.4%

优于对照组的66.7%(P<0.01);观察组总有效率为98.1%

亦优于对照组的86.7%(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合磁疗治疗颞颌关节功能紊乱症疗效明显优于单纯磁疗。
