摘要

目的:对比传统艾灸法与热敏灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效差异。方法:将120例患者随机分为热敏灸组和传统艾灸组

每组60例。热敏灸组在腰背部及下肢热敏化高发区寻找热敏穴

实施灸疗

每日1次;传统艾灸组温和灸夹脊穴、次髎、秩边、环跳、委中、阳陵泉、昆仑

每日1次。两组疗程均为7天

疗程结束及半年后随访观察其疗效及复发率。结果:经治1疗程后

热敏灸组愈显率为65.0%

优于传统艾灸组的50.0%

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有效以上患者半年后随访

热敏灸组愈显率为62.3%、复发率为26.4%

传统艾灸组分别为34.2%、46.3%

热敏灸组疗效优于传统艾灸组且复发率低于传统艾灸组(均P<0.05)。结论:热敏灸是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效疗法

其疗效稳定、复发率低。
