摘要

目的:探寻治疗阳虚寒凝型腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。方法:将126例患者随机分为针药组(49例)、电针组(42例)、中药组(35例)。针药组电针大肠俞、关元俞、小肠俞和腰阳关

同时口服自拟补阳祛寒方;电针组治疗与针药组电针操作一致;中药组口服方药与针药组一致。各组均治疗20天后观察疗效并在治疗结束后180天随访观察复发率。结果:针药组愈显率为79.6%

电针组为54.8%

中药组为51.4%

针药组疗效均优于电针组和中药组(均P<0.05)

电针组与中药组疗效相当(P>0.05);180天后3组复发率分別为15.4%、83.3%及80.0%

针药组、电针组、中药组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:电针结合中药是治疗阳虚寒凝型腰椎间盘突出症的较佳疗法。
