摘要

针灸临床辨证论治问题已成为制约针灸临床发展的关键问题

引起国内外学者的广泛关注。目前针灸临床上辨证论治体系僵化地套用了中医内科辨证论治体系

以脏腑辨证代替经络辨证

难以体现针灸学科的特色与优势。虽然针灸与中药的治疗目标相同

但是治疗方法与治疗途径不同

故辨证论治体系不同。针灸在其发展过程中逐步形成了理、法、方、穴、术为一体的独特辨证论治思维模式

不同于中医内科的理、法、方、药。
