摘要

目的:观察针刺对脑外科意识障碍患者的促醒作用。方法:选取脑外科中、重度意识障碍患者92例

随机分为针药组及药物组

每组46例。针药组在常规西医治疗的基础上针刺强刺激十二井穴、水沟

电针百会、四神聪、智三针(神庭、本神);药物组给予常规西医治疗。治疗2个疗程后比较两组临床疗效。结果:针药组总有效率为100.0%

药物组为91.3%

两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺强刺激十二井穴、水沟以及电针头穴对脑外科意识障碍患者意识的恢复有明显促进作用

针刺介入治疗可明显缩短治疗时间。
