摘要

目的:探讨腧穴与大脑的功能定位关系。方法:运用静息态功能性磁共振成像技术对10名健康人进行扫描。扫描过程包括:第1次纯静息态扫描(rest1

R1)、针刺内关穴后扫描(acupunc-ture

AP)和第2次静息态功能扫描(rest2

R2)

采用低频波动振幅(amplitude of low frequency fluctuations

ALFF)分析方法。结果:①R1状态ALFF信号活跃的脑区为:双侧额上回、额内侧回

左侧楔前叶

右侧颞上回

双侧小脑部分区域;②AP状态ALFF信号活跃的脑区为:双侧额上回

左侧额中回

右侧楔叶

左侧小脑山坡部

右侧次半月叶;③AP与R1状态ALFF信号差异活跃的脑区为:双侧扣带回、小脑山坡部

左侧舌状回、楔叶

右侧楔前叶、梭状回、额上回、额中回、颞上回等。结论:针刺左侧内关后

双侧扣带回、右额上回、右额内侧回、双侧小脑山坡、左侧舌状回等脑区ALFF信号活跃

这些区域与精神、神经疾病的发病脑区密切相关

为内关穴治疗精神、神经疾病提供一定的理论依据。
