摘要

目的:探寻针刺治疗黄褐斑的较优方案

推广其在临床上的应用。方法:将40例黄褐斑患者随机分为飞腾八法组和辨证取穴组

各20例。飞腾八法组在辨证取穴组基础上根据时辰的干支加取飞腾八法取穴治疗;辨证取穴组主穴取合谷及色斑所在部位腧穴

配合辨证取穴。治疗2个疗程后

对两组总有效率、治疗前后黄褐斑面积及颜色变化进行比较。结果:两组治疗后均能减少黄褐斑面积并使色斑颜色变浅(P<0.01

P<0.05)

且飞腾八法组改善程度均优于辨证取穴组(均P<0.05);飞腾八法组有效率为95.0%

优于辨证取穴组的70.0%。结论:常规针刺配合飞腾八法按时取穴治疗黄褐斑疗效优于单纯常规针刺。
