摘要

通过381篇有关针灸治疗支气管哮喘的临床文献的分析与总结

笔者对发作期、缓解期不同阶段

不同证型

病人年龄、病程长短、病情轻重等疾病因素对针灸治疗支气管哮喘的疗效影响进行了初步分析与比较

发现多数研究认为

针刺对急性期哮喘疗效较佳

灸法对缓解期疗效更好;寒哮针灸疗效优于热哮;病程越短

病人年龄越小

疗效越好

反之

疗效较差;针灸治疗的主要适应证可能以轻度哮喘为主。但也有相当多的临床研究显示

上述因素对疗效影响不明显

甚至得出相反的结果。提示以后的研究

应当通过严密的设计

充分考虑各因素的影响

才能科学地揭示影响支气管哮喘针灸疗效的各疾病因素

阐明不同针灸方法治疗支气管哮喘的各自适应证。
