摘要

目的:探寻治疗重度自闭症患儿的有效疗法。方法:将69例患儿分为靳三针组(35例)、行为干预组(34例)。靳三针组采用以头部穴组为主要针刺取穴的靳三针疗法

包括四神针、智三针、脑三针等;行为干预组通过自闭症儿童特殊训练学校进行专业的行为干预综合治疗。运用儿童自闭症评估量表(Childhood Autism Rating Scale

CARS)对治疗前后的疗效进行评价。结果:经2个疗程(240次)治疗后

靳三针组的显效率为97.1%

行为干预组为64.7%

组间疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);且第1疗程(前120次)及第2疗程(后120次)治疗后

靳三针组疗效均明显优于行为干预组(均P<0.001);两组自身各疗程的治疗前后比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:靳三针及行为干预疗法对重度儿童自闭症都有较好的疗效

且靳三针疗法的治疗效果更为突出。
