摘要

目的:探寻治疗婴幼儿鼻塞的有效疗法。方法:将125例鼻塞患儿随机分为贴敷组(62例)和滴鼻组(63例)。贴敷组采用鼻炎康片双侧涌泉穴位贴敷

每晚1次;滴鼻组采用0.5%麻黄碱滴鼻液滴鼻

每鼻孔早、中、晚各1滴。观察两组患儿治疗前和治疗后第3、第5天的鼻塞症状评分

并评定疗效。结果:两组患儿鼻塞症状均有明显改善(P<0.01)

组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗5天后贴敷组有效率为76.8%

滴鼻组为79.7%

两组疗效相当(P>0.05)。结论:鼻炎康片涌泉穴贴敷治疗婴幼儿鼻塞是一种安全、有效、便捷的治疗手段。
