摘要

目的:对比针刺走罐刺络与药物治疗黄褐斑的疗效差异。方法:将176例黄褐斑患者随机分为两组

针刺走罐刺络组90例

采用针刺阿是穴、血海、三阴交等及背部督脉、足太阳膀胱经走罐

走罐后在大椎、肺俞、膈俞、心俞、肝俞及其附近瘀紫较重处刺络放血;药物组86例采用口服VitE和VitC治疗。两组均治疗3个疗程后观察疗效。结果:针刺走罐刺络组总有效率为96.7%

药物组总有效率为51.2%

两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺走罐刺络对黄褐斑的治疗效果明显优于药物治疗。
